Hua Kui, born in Nanjiang, Sichuan Province in 1949, graduated from the Chinese Department of Sichuan Normal University. A national first- class artist, calligrapher, painter, seal cutter and porcelain artist, Hua Kui also holds the position of children fine arts teacher.
