On August 21, 2019, the Deputy Director of the Contemporary Museum of Calligraphy Alexey Kharyutkin met in Beijing, the capital of China, with a group of calligraphers, which will participate in the forthcoming exhibition “The Great Chinese Calligraphy and Painting,” due September 20-22, 2019
Alexey Kharyutkin, the Deputy Director of the Contemporary Museum of Calligraphy, met wit Mr. Xie, Director of WangIPing brush factory in Huzhou, on August 25, during his business trip across China.

On the 19th of August 2019 Mr Hamid Hadavi, President of the Ibn Sina Islamic Culture Research Foundation and Mr Seyed Nasser Tabaei, Vice-President of the Foundation, visited the Contemporary museum of calligraphy.

Contemporary Museum of Calligraphy received a gift - a handwritten book "Hafiz Shirazi. Forty poems", constituting a compilation of poems of one of the greatest lyric poets of the world literature, a Persian poet Hafiz Shirazi. This present was made to the museum by the founder and head of the publishing house "Rare Book from Saint-Petersburg", Piotr Suspitsyn

On September 7 and 8 Sokolniki Park will host a large-scale exhibition "Private museums of Russia. Talents of Russia", which will present exhibits from 100 private Museum collections. They will be brought from all over Russia — from Kamchatka to the Kaliningrad region.
