Museum of old sewing machines in Pereslavl-Zalessky is next destination for private museums expedition

Last Saturday the team of the private museums expedition continued on its way and visited the museum of old sewing machines located in Pereslavl-Zalessky, Yaroslavl region. Founded in 2012, the museum features a unique and the only one in Russia private collection of sewing machines from the 19th-20th centuries made in Russia, Germany, Scotland, USA, Italy, and France, as well as a minor collection of tailor scissors.

The museum was founded in 2012 and located in the old town, Kardovskogo street 23, in the former unique buildings of Novy Mir sewing factory.
