The National Union of Calligraphers is working on the first ever handwritten copy of the Constitution of the Russian Federation at a healthy clip.

Calligraphers are flooding us with letters offering their services in creating the first handwritten copy of the Constitution of the Russian Federation. No one is indifferent to the project: there a lot of interesting and professional ideas (on design, style, font, and decoration of the handwritten copy of the Constitution of the Russian Federation).
