Vitaly Mitchenko and Vasil Chebanik, calligraphers from Ukraine, have handed over their works to the exposition of the Contemporary Museum of Calligraphy. Thus, Vitaly Mitchenko has presented his handwritten variant of Gogol’s “Viy”, written specially for the 200-anniversary of the author.
We would like to remind you that previously, on the museum’s opening day, Nadezhda Pavlova, Valentina Kozhevina and Gennady Pavlov also donated their works. The opening of this museum that has already become dear and near to many prominent artists evoked a wide response in the artistic society, and an extension of its exposition is expected soon.
