On April 28th, the International Exhibition of Calligraphy project received approval and high estimation of the Russian medicine elite. The Bekhterev Psychoneurological Research & Development Institute in Saint Petersburg saw a meeting of the project team headed by Alexey Shaburov and Nikolai Neznanov, Director of the Institute, President of the World Association for Dynamic Psychiatry demonstrating the scale and purport of the upcoming event.
The project’s mission, to build up a beautiful and healthy society, acquired a new meaning after the parties could chart out further cooperation in the research of the impact of beautiful handwriting on the personality development. According to Valery Slyozin, Doctor of Biological Sciences and Candidate of Medical Sciences, detecting physiologic regularities concerned with calligraphy studies as well as tracing EEG dynamics during the process is a unique method of research, which may lead to unexpected and dramatic results.
