First Russian Museum of Calligraphy will open in Moscow

The opening ceremony is held on August 1 in Sokolniki Park. The exposition of the new museum includes 80 works of calligraphers from Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Germany, France, Israel, Syria, the USA, Japan, and China. Russian Informational Agency “Novosti” reports one will also see the books in calligraphy, writing tools, rare handwritten editions
