The World Calligraphy Museum wishes Happy Birthday to Dagar Kamar

On July 19, Dagar Kamar, a participant in the International Exhibition of Calligraphy, a calligrapher from India, celebrates her birthday.

Close collaboration with her spiritual mentor and calligraphy teacher, a skilled master of Arabic writing, taught Dagar Kamar to see the beauty of the written words. Thanks to the teacher, she believed in her work and fell in love with the art of calligraphy. Another two people who had a great influence on her were the Iraqi calligrapher Hassan Massoudi (Paris) and Mohammed Elbaz from Morocco. They inspired her to use new ideas.

In her works, Dagar Kamar likes to single out one letter from a word and process it in such a way that this letter has become the main element that focuses the viewer's attention.

The World Calligraphy Museum wishes Dagar Kamar a happy birthday and wishes new creative ideas and the realization of previously conceived projects.
