On April 22nd, Alexey Shaburov, General Manager of the International Exhibition of Calligraphy met with Pyotr Suspitsin, a representative of the Rare Book from Saint Petersburg PH, a unique enterprise that issues single-copy manuscript books. Many of its books are kept in the State Hermitage Museum. Mr. Suspitsin proposed to present some rare books to a wide audience, Ilya Bogdesko’s Don Quixote among them. We are eagerly waiting for the project’s opening in order to be able to see all these unique masterpieces.
Calligraphy is frozen poetry.
