The first lesson for the youngest lovers of calligraphy – 8-13 year-old children – was held at the National School of Calligraphy on November 12, Saturday.
Everyone who came to the class was given gifts – special briefcases, already fully equipped for lessons. And at the first lesson Nina Kozubova, a calligraphy teacher, told her new students how to keep the posture, how to use a writing pen, and much more.
After the break the children began to perform the simplest calligraphic exercises, and some parents could not refrain from taking part in an exciting process!
We are again waiting for the children and their parents at the Contemporary Museum of Calligraphy next Saturday!
Calligraphy is the art of deliberate hieroglyphic corruption and transformation in order to reach natural harmony.
