Tashi Mannox At The Contemporary Museum of Calligraphy

Tashi Mannox, a famous master of Tibetan calligraphy was on a visit to Moscow from October 24th to November 3rd. He performed an open session and gave a master class on the Tibetan Calligraphy Art: The Role of The Tibetan Written Language from The Country of Saints and Snow, at the Contemporary Museum of Calligraphy on November 2nd. The master class was mainly devoted to the classical method of inscription of Tibetan letters, known as «u-chen».

Next session with the Master will take place within the framework of the 5th International Exhibition of Calligraphy, which is to run from March 12th — April 15th, 2015.
