Summing up the International Exhibition of Calligraphy

Yesterday, on September 29^th, our project team met to sum up the results of the International Exhibition of Calligraphy in St Petersburg, all the strong and weak points of their work.

The meeting was held in an elegantly decorated hall according to the idea of Alexey Shaburov, the author, initiator and director of the International Exhibition of Calligraphy project.

Final detail

In the shimmering candlelight numerous expressions of gratitude to the project staff permeated the air; they did the best they could to ensure the perfect organization of the event so that might stay deeply impressed onto the memory of St Petersburg citizens.

Mr. Shaburov praised precise and harmonious work of every division and department of Sokolniki MEC, which had been working as a single machine in spite of the diverse nature of their respective responsibilities.

Besides, future exhibition spaces for the International Exhibition of Calligraphy were discussed and main short- and long-term trends in the team’s activity were outlined at the meeting.
