Sokolniki station closure and metro service changes due to construction of Bolshaya Koltsevaya line (Large Circle Line)

From February 16 to 24, 2019, there will be no metro services on Krasnoselskaya, Sokolniki, Preobrazhenskaya Ploshchad, Cherkizovskaya, and Bulvar Rokossovskogo stations (Line 1). Trains will only run between Salaryevo and Komsomolskaya stations. Regular scheduled metro service will resume on February 25 at 5:30 a.m.

Free KM shuttle buses will run every minute during the closure. You may also like to use the Moscow Central Circle.

Possible alternatives to your regular commute

In order to allow for more public transport during these dates, road traffic along the route from Krasnoprudnaya Street to Preobrazhenskaya Ploshchad will be closed from 00:00 on the 16th February to 23:59 on the 24th February, 2019. No private vehicles will be allowed!
