Arash Golzari Hosseini’s painting-calligraphy exhibition under the title of Iran’s Folk Art was held in the Shiva Art Gallery, Tehran from September 16th-22nd.
In his latest exhibition, Golzari Hosseini showcased 15 works of art on the theme of expressing the artist’s feelings towards his surroundings. The artist deemed that the aim of this exhibition was to make people more familiar with Iranian symbols in virtual arts. It is noteworthy that Arash Golzari Hosseini has so far held 46 painting exhibitions and this last event marked his second calligraphy exhibition.
Golzari Hosseini was once an art pupil to Mohammad Reza and Rahim Navasi.
Important artistic figures attended the opening ceremony of this artist’s exhibition including painting-calligraphy maestros Ali Shirazi, Javad Bakhtiari, as well as Nasrollah Afjahi.
Golzari Hosseini had previously put on display one of his collections on the theme of wildlife in an exhibition at the Iranian National Commission for UNESCO which enjoyed a warm reception by various Iranian and foreign artists, diplomats, foreign ambassadors and other officials who were invited by the National Commission for UNESCO to attend the event.
Arash Golzari Hosseini holds a degree in science engineering and the food industry. He began his art career in 2002 and has so far held 46 individual and group art exhibitions across the world.
