Geometry Merged with Calligraphy at the Contemporary Museum of Calligraphy

Сalligrapher Andrey Sannikov hosted the workshop class on Gothic script and Russian Cyrillic ornate lettering at Contemporary Museum of Calligraphy on November, 27.

Besides conducting a great lecture accompanied by numerous written examples, Andrei Sannikov actively interacted with workshop class students answering their questions during and after the lecture, joking and was attentive not only to adults but to the youngest calligraphy appreciators.

Also, during the workshop, Andrei Sannikov confirmed his participation in the International Exhibition of Calligraphy 2012, which is to be held from November, 1 to December, 15 at the Contemporary Museum of Calligraphy and promised to hold much more workshop classes during the project.

And we are waiting for another participant of the International Exhibition of Calligraphy-2012, Artyom Lebedev who is to conduct a workshop class on decorating Christmas and New Year cards for calligraphy lovers of all ages on December, 11. Stay tuned!
