The Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of China to Russia Mr. Li Hui planted a small birch pole. The ceremony, which also featured representatives of the State Duma, was celebrating the 70th anniversary of establishing diplomatic ties between the two countries. Duma officials noted that over the course of 10 years spent in Russia Li Hui proved incredibly proactive, and emphasized his contribution to develop join educational and cultural projects.
