We are happy to announce that this Saturday, September 16, the Contemporary Museum of Calligraphy will open its doors again after the summer holidays and the exhibition preparations.
We welcome everyone who missed the VI International Exhibition of Calligraphy held September 1-10, 2017: in the Museum’s new permanent exposition you will see some of the pieces presented at the exhibition, as well as some new pieces never before exhibited, alongside with the traditional gems of the Museum collection.
And next Sunday, September 24, the Museum will hold a Doors Open Day. It will feature presentations of the calligraphy courses for children and adults of the National School of Calligraphy, working within the Museum since 2010.
At 2.30 pm, our new tutor Katerina Orfanova will present the children’s course, and at 4:30 Artem Lebedev will describe the courses for adults and offer an introductory practical session for the audience.
Entrance to the Museum on the Doors Open Day is free!
