Today was the last of the three days of the Japanese show at the Contemporary Museum of Calligraphy. Like in the previous days the exhibition hall was filled to capacity.
Today the lessons of Japanese beauty were taught by: Roman Sviridov, head of the Moscow Origami Center, Chinara Munduzbaeva, an Ikebana expert (Moscow branch of “Ikebana International”), Stanislav Lukyanov, head of the Russian Kobudo Federation, Aleksei Mamonov, artist calligrapher, Aleksandra Barkova, curator of the “1001 kimonos” collection.
It’s been a very successful event. The exhibition drew more than 1000 visitors in three days. Here are some of the beautiful things we’ve been lucky to be part of.
Calligraphy is the flower of a man′ s soul.
