Contemporary Museum of Calligraphy gave tour series for students of European Gymnasium

The Contemporary Museum of Calligraphy gave a series of tours for the 2nd grade students of the European Gymnasium.

The Gymnasium is a place where students spend the majority of their time. After school, it offers chess, capoeira, acting, origami, photography, tennis, football, pottery, languages, calligraphy, and many other classes. Entertaining educational process and diverse activities – the Gymnasium makes every effort to help the children develop their talents, and become the “best version of themselves.”

The Gymnasium also hosts the School of Freedom, where renowned Russian artists introduce the world of art and organize literature meetings for the students, who take tour trips and visit numerous exhibitions, theatres, and museums.

The tour of the Contemporary Museum of Calligraphy featured the unique examples of Slavonic, European, Hebrew, Arabic, Japanese, Chinese, Korean, and Mongolian writing, its specifics and the history of origin.

The insight into the art of calligraphy proved a memorable experience for the 2nd grade students. According to their teachers, since then they have manifested increasing interest to calligraphy practice, and enjoyed calligraphy exercises writing letters to their parents.
