On March 17, new calligraphy courses for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd level students started in the National School of Calligraphy at the Contemporary Museum of Calligraphy. The teacher of the courses is member of the National Union of Calligraphers, permanent participant of the International Exhibition of Calligraphy project Artyom Lebedev.
The introductory classes for the 1st level students were dedicated to the introduction into the calligraphy mediums and materials, the special aspects of working with broad nib and pointed pens. During the following classes students will perform calligraphy exercises practicing basic instruments and learn about the basic types of handwritten scripts and the rules for their application.
