Chinese calligraphers support the upcoming "Chinese Culture" exhibition

On 21 April 2024, during his business visit to Beijing, Alexey Shaburov, Director of the Museum, met with famous masters of Chinese calligraphy: Yuan Pu and Mao Guangsong. Both calligraphers, who have known Alexey Shaburov for more than 10 years, were glad to meet again. During a friendly dinner, Alexey Yurievich spoke in detail about the forthcoming exhibition "Chinese Culture" dedicated to the 75th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the Russian Federation and the People's Republic of China. The exhibition will be held from 1 to 30 September 2024 in Ryazan and the village of Orekhovo, Ryazan region. Yuan Pu and Mao Guangsong expressed their support to the project and expressed their great desire to present their calligraphic works at the upcoming exhibition.
