Children’s Group First Lesson

This weekend the first lesson of a new children group of the National School of Calligraphy took place at the Contemporary Museum of Calligraphy. As before, the group is lead by Nina Kozubova, calligrapher and teacher, who also takes part in the International Exhibition of Calligraphy.

Before the class started all the children got gifts from the museum – briefcases with all necessary calligraphic utensils. At the first lesson Nina Kozubova taught the children to sit properly and to hold their pens. According to her, the most important thing in the learning process is “to put your heart in your writing and be self-critical”.

The group for children to study each week on Saturdays. Lessons start at 6.30 p.m.
