Calligraphy and printing at Carriageway Studios

In honour of Letter Writing Month, the  Carriageway Studios in Almonte (Ontario) will hold the  IMPRESSION/EXPRESSION workshop. It will be a day-long presentation by Merrickville artists Holly Dean, a painter and calligrapher, and partner in life and art Larry Thompson, a printmaker and handmade letterpress book printer.

Participants will learn about the broad skill sets of these two well-known and accomplished artist/makers in the morning and participate with them in a project in the afternoon.
