A Chinese artist has created astonishing calligraphy paintings by using his eye to guide the paintbrush.
Sichuan Province art shop owner Chen Xiang stopped using his hands to create his masterpieces — instead uses a paintbrush lodged into his eye socket.
The 42-year-old painter works carefully to place each stroke of his specialized brush exactly where he wants on his canvas.
Xiang twirls his head with each swipe as if he is in a trance, never once stopping to make sure he hasn’t smudged anything. Each nod of his head and turn of his neck is completed with effortless grace.
The longtime artist is used to the strange looks and dropped jaws he gets when people witness him as he «eye-writes.»
Xiang has been practicing the odd skill since he was 16-years-old.
