The International Exhibition of Calligraphy opened in Sokolniki

The 5th International Exhibition of Calligraphy opened on 14th March at the Contemporary Museum of Calligraphy with masters from 52 countries showing 189 works.

This year’s theme is “Contemplation of the Motherland”. Famous calligraphers were invited to express their love of the Motherland through their unique manner and writing style. The most interesting aspect of the project is the majority of masters will be showing their works in Russia for the first time.

The exhibition ends on 12th April.
