Biography
M. Tal, born 1978, is the Deputy Chairman of the Association of Mongolian Calligraphy in the Inner Mongolia, China, and also works in the Centre of Translation of National Movies in the Inner Mongolia, China.
Tal participated in international exhibitions in Mongolia, Russia and China.
His creative technique is “Khudam Bichig” or the Old Mongolian writing.
