About my works

In 2007 I focused on old Christian texts, from the bible, prayers, old song texts from the famous song writer Paul Gerhardt and texts from Rose Ausländer. For me it is important to bring those old, but nevertheless important words into the present by giving them a modern and dynamic look. To write them I use old alphabets and mix it in different layers with modern handwriting and colours. All my works are on paper. I use different inks and acrylic colours. The size is almost between 50 x 60 to 60 x 80 cm.
