To celebrate its approaching Birthday, the Contemporary Museum of Calligraphy announces a context for our followers!

Eight years ago, in August 2008, the Contemporary Museum of Calligraphy was inaugurated in Moscow. This Sunday, August 14, will be its 8th anniversary.

Birthday is about giving and receiving greetings and presents; so we offer our followers to participate in a contest and send their calligraphic Birthday greetings to the Museum. In response, we will present the five winners with an exclusive gratis tour around the Museum’s new exposition when it reopens for the new season on August, 27.

To participate, just create a calligraphic greeting message and post it on our Facebook page with the hashtag #HappyBirthdayMuseumofCalligraphy. There are no limitations on the form, size, medium, instruments, styles or techniques. We don’t mind if you are professional or amateur, kid or adult. Everyone is welcome to participate!

Send your works till August 21, 2016, and on Monday, August 22, we will announce the five winners.
