Your handwriting can prove to be the deal clincher if you are on the lookout for a job as several companies are using graphology before recruiting employees.
«Handwriting of a person is a great give away of the personality of a person so the companies are using it to study the candidate and appointing the best suited person for the post,» says Rajesh Jauhari, handwriting expert. «Handwritten applications are being invited in order to study the qualities of a person so that he or she is given a job according to his capabilities which would be beneficial for the company in the long run,» he adds.
«According to graphology a person with fast and cursive writing is result oriented and has good communicative skills that would be most suited for front office or sales jobs. Those having disconnected letters in their writing have a calculative bend of mind and such traits can be used for planning purposes. So companies use them for planning and management jobs. Similar is the case with people with small letters in handwriting — such people are quick thinkers and can be used for backstage job and serve as think tanks for the company,» says Jauhari.
«Apart from the qualification the companies are keen to employ a person with the right skills suited for the job it is where graphology is proving to be a helpful tool,» he says.
