Calligraphy became the topic of the “Pryanichniy Domik” (“Ginderbread Cottage”) show episode on “Kultura” TV channel

“Kultura” TV channel has broadcasted an episode of the “Pryanichniy Domik” show dedicated to the rare art of calligraphy filled with perfect lines and complete harmony. Most of shooting for the episode took place in the unique Contemporary Museum of Calligraphy.

Renowned calligraphers Artem Lebedev, Nadjip Nakkash, Kaori Isidzima, Yuri Koverdyaev and Andrey Sannikov whose works can be found on display at the Museum, spoke about the history of the olden Chineese, laconic Japaneese and ornamental Slavic calligraphy. They also shared their thoughts on the beauty of writing.
