The First Visitors of the International Exhibition of Calligraphy

Today is the first working day of the International Exhibition of Calligraphy. The doors of the Repin State Academic Institute of Painting, Sculpture, and Architecture of St. Petersburg were friendly opened welcoming numerous guests to this marvelous show.

The current Event is a happy and pleasant adventure to people who have a soft spot for calligraphy writing. It virtually attacks its visitors with marvelous showpieces. Here our visitors can see second-to-none samples of the sophisticated cursive coming from European regions, Arabic ligature, abstract calligraphic pictures, etc., etc. – in a word, the whole spectrum of calligraphy-related works, samples and masterpieces. This makes this project truly unique and international.

The exhibition will be running for less than a week (until September 21, 2008).
