Last weekend the Contemporary Museum of Calligraphy declared Open Day dedicated to the first 2012 intake at the National School of Calligraphy. All day entrance to the museum was free. Thus, it provided a fairly large number of visitors to the museum. Curator of the School, Yury Koverdyaev held a workshop, and told about calligraphy lessons as well. Eminent calligrapher, a member of the International Exhibition of Calligraphy, Evgeny M. Drobyazin was among honored guests.
As a result, several groups were formed and the schedule was approved. Courses for beginners to be held every Thursday at 12 pm and 7 pm, and on Saturdays at 4 pm. Second-level students to have their classes on Wednesdays and Saturdays at 12 pm and 1 pm. Classes for third-level attendees to take place on Fridays at 7 pm. It is noteworthy that the majority of students continue studying at the School of Calligraphy moving on to the next level.
