A New Year address of the Director of the Contemporary Museum of Calligraphy

Dear friends!

On behalf of the team of the Contemporary Museum of Calligraphy I congratulate you on the New Year of 2015 and this Christmas!

From year to year the number of people willing to learn the mystery of the art of calligraphy is increasing. More and more people come to study at the National School of Calligraphy at our museum. We are actively involved in organizing excursions and charity work aimed at the spiritual development of the growing young generation and people with limited abilities.

The passing 2014 was rich in events: personal exhibitions of famous Russian and foreign calligraphers, as well as a number of exciting workshops conducted by the participants of our project.

We also expect a lot of events in the year of 2015. The opening of the 5th Anniversary of the International Exhibition of Calligraphy in the Contemporary Museum of Calligraphy will be the main event of the next year. We are looking forward to seeing both permanent and new project participants. Calligraphers from more than 50 countries are planning to participate in the exhibition.
