User Agreement

I, the data subject, in accordance with the Federal law of 27 July 2006 № 152 "On personal data" provides, Contemporary Museum of Calligraphy (hereinafter - the Operator) is located at: Moscow, 5 luchevoy Prosek, 2, building 1, consent to the processing of personal data stated by me in the form of callback request and/or booking form square and/or other online form on the website in a network "the Internet", which is owned by the Operator.

1. The composition provided by me is personal data: name, email address and phone number, in some cases, address.

2. The purposes of the processing of my personal data are: ensuring the functioning of the call back.

3. Consent is granted for the accomplishment of the following actions (operations) specified in this consent personal data: collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion, destruction, carried out both with the use of automation (automated processing), and without the use of such funds (non-automated processing).

4. I understand and agree that the grant to the Operator any information about yourself, non-contact and non-purposes of this agreement, and all information related to government, banking and/or commercial secret, information on racial and/or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, health status, sexual life is prohibited.

5. In the case of me making the decision on granting the Operator any information (any data), I agree to provide only accurate and current information, and may not enter the Operator into error concerning their identity, to report false or misleading information about yourself.

6. I understand and agree that the Operator does not verify the accuracy of personal data provided by me and is not able to assess my capability and comes from the fact that I give accurate personal data and maintain such data up to date.

7. Consent is valid when the purposes of processing or in case of loss necessary to achieve these purposes, unless otherwise provided by Federal law.

8. Consent may be withdrawn by me at any time on the basis of my written statement to the address of the Operator.
